Walker Spivey Elementary School is proud to present our WSES Live Black History Museum on March 12, 2026. This exciting event will feature our talented WSES scholars and staff bringing history to life through live presentations of influential African American historical figures.
During the museum experience, students and staff will serve as living models, sharing important stories, achievements, and contributions of African American leaders who helped shape our nation. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk through the “museum,” meet historical figures, and learn about their impact in an engaging and interactive way.
This unique event allows our school community to experience history like never before. As guests move through the museum, they will discover inspiring stories of courage, leadership, creativity, and perseverance that continue to influence our world today.
Want to participate? There is still time to join!
